§ 70.02 SCOPE OF APPLICABILITY.
   The provisions of this Traffic Code relating to the operation of vehicles refer exclusively to the operation of vehicles upon streets and highways, as defined in W. Va. Code § 17B-1-1, within the town, except where a different place is specifically referred to in a given section.
