SEC. 45.15. FEMALE DANCE INSTRUCTORS.
 
   No person conducting, maintaining or carrying on a dancing academy or public dance hall shall employ or permit a female under the age of twenty-one (21) years to give instructions in dancing therein to persons of the opposite sex.
