The Awards Panel shall consist of seven (7) members of the local community, including local business and community leaders and educators. Five (5) of the members shall be selected by the Office of Council District Seven and the remaining two (2) members shall be selected by the Office of Council District Two. The Awards Panel shall be responsible for administering the selection of eligible participants, and recommending recipients for scholarships to the Councilmembers representing the Offices of Council Districts Two and Seven. The Office of Council District Seven will provide logistical and administrative support to the Awards Panel.
