Eligible Higher Education Institutions are defined as all colleges and universities that have been recognized by the United States Department of Education as Higher Education Institutions. Enrolled students who reside within the Geographical Boundaries defined in Section 5.439.7 of this Chapter and who are attending any Higher Education Institution shall be eligible for scholarships from the Fund. To be eligible for consideration for a scholarship, all nominees shall meet their Higher Education Institution's guidelines for scholarship and/or financial assistance. Selection of the recipients for scholarship awards shall be made by the Awards Panel.
