(a) In accordance with Ohio R.C. Section 735.272 there is hereby established a Board of Trustees of Public Affairs, consisting of three members who shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by Council.
(b) Such members shall serve until successors have been elected at the next regular election of Municipal officers held in the Village occurring more than 100 days after the appointment of such members by the Mayor.
(c) The Board of Trustees of Public Affairs shall have those powers and duties as provided by Ohio R.C. Sections 735.272, 735.28, and 735.29.
