141.04 FEES FOR HAZARDOUS MATERIAL INCIDENTS.
   (a)   Whenever a Village employee and/or piece of equipment is needed to provide for the cleaning up or management of a hazardous material incident, a fee or fees shall be charged to the offending party or parties for the equipment and personnel used to manage and clean up such incident involving hazardous material and for all other expenses incurred by the Village therein at the following rates:
      (1)   Village Fire Department Expenses:
 
Engine with a crew of four      $250.00 per hour
Scene command vehicle       200.00 per hour
Additional engine          150.00 per hour
Additional firefighter          30.00 per hour
      (2)   Flat Fee for Equipment:
 
Mobile phone on site          20.00
Each minute of airtime       .40
Each minute of long distance
   charge from phones at
   fire and police stations    Standard rate
5" booms             6.00 per foot
8" booms             9.00 per foot
Large hazorb pads          1.50 each
Oil sorbent pads          95.00 per bundle
Salvage drum            125.00
   (b)    Any Village equipment that is either damaged, contaminated, or has to be disposed of shall be charged to the offending party or parties at the cost of replacement for such equipment.
   (c)    If Street Department equipment and manpower is needed, the following fee shall be charged:
      (1)    For one man and one piece of equipment, one hundred and five dollars ($105.00) per hour or part of the hour.
      (2)    For each additional man, fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour or part of the hour.

   (d)    (1)    Village Police Department Expenses:
 
Officer and vehicle          $50.00 per hour
Additional officer without vehicle     40.00 per hour
