139.07 DRUG TESTING POLICY.

The Village of Lordstown through a supervisor designated by the Mayor shall coordinate and implement the Village of Lordstown Drug and Alcohol Random Testing Policy and Procedures (Ordinance 81-2016) through Valley Care Work-Med. All employees and/or personnel of the Lordstown Village Fire Department shall comply with Ordinance No. 81-2016. Firefighters and EMS personnel shall be tested while on active duty and not during non-scheduled work time.
