139.06 AGE; PHYSICAL EXAMINATION.
   (a)    Junior Firefighters shall be at least sixteen (16) years of age and shall avoid hazardous areas of general fire fighting operations.
   (b)    Any physical examination required of an active or junior Firefighter, by the State or the Village, shall be paid by the Village. (Ord. 15-2017. Passed 3-6-17.)
