137.04 POLICE VEHICLES.

The Police Department shall dedicate all vehicles as marked police cruisers fully equipped for street use; and except for the “Dare Car” all such vehicles shall be similarly marked in contrasting colors and equipped with a light bar and other equipment. Only one police vehicle shall remain unmarked and shall be utilized exclusively for undercover work by detectives and other police personnel.
