137.03 CLOTHING ALLOWANCE FOR PART-TIME DISPATCHERS.

(a) All Part-Time Dispatchers shall receive a uniform allowance of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) payable in each of the following calendar years 2009, 2010 and 2011. Payment shall be made in the month of July.

(b) Newly hired Part-Time Dispatchers must work at least six (6) months in the first year in order to qualify for the supplementary yearly uniform allowance.
