135.06 SCHEDULING AND WORK ASSIGNMENTS.
   (a)   The Village Clerk shall be the supervisor of clerical positions in the Village and shall be responsible for scheduling and work assignments.
   (b)   In the event of a problem concerning clerical personnel, the employee involved should discuss the matter with the Clerk with a view toward resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved by discussion with the Clerk, the employee shall reduce the complaint to writing and submit it to a committee consisting of two members of Council and the mayor for a hearing and resolution. The hearing shall take place within ten working days after receiving the written complaint. The Clerk shall participate at such hearing.
