135.04 CLERK/STENOGRAPHER.
   (a)   There is hereby established the position of Clerk/Stenographer for the Village of Lordstown, Ohio, who shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council.
   (b)   The Clerk/Stenographer shall attend and take the minutes of the meetings of the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Recreation Board and the Board of Trustees of Public Affairs of the Village. The Clerk/Stenographer shall further act as secretary and stenographer for the Mayor and the Village Solicitor, and be available for such further duties as may be assigned by the Village Clerk.
