135.03 OFFICE CLERK.
   (a)   The position of Clerk-Bookkeeper of the Village is hereby changed to Office Clerk and such employee shall report to and be under the supervision of the Village Clerk.
   (b)   The Office Clerk shall perform the following duties:
      (1)   Prepare all income tax forms for mailing and assist the taxpayers with any questions.
      (2)   Calculate and mail all water bills to the water customer and collect payment of the bills.
      (3)   Type and assist in the preparation of all correspondence for the Income Tax, Utility and Zoning Departments.
      (4)   Assist in the booking of the Administration Building, Fire Station and Parks for rental use.
      (5)   Answer all incoming telephone calls or connect to the proper department.
      (6)   File and maintain all records for income tax payments and utility billings.
      (7)   Act as receptionist for all Village offices.
      (8)   Assist in all other duties that may be assigned by the Village Clerk.

   (c)   The Office Clerk shall be entitled to two floating holidays per year. The Village shall insure the life of the Office Clerk in the amount of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000), the premiums for which shall be paid by the Village.
