111.03 SMOKING PROHIBITED IN CHAMBERS AND CAUCUS ROOM.

   (a)   The smoking of cigarettes, pipes and cigars is hereby prohibited in the Council Chamber and Caucus Room.

   (b)   The Buildings and Grounds Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to place “NO SMOKING” signs within the Council Chamber.
