Regular meetings of Council shall be held in the Administration Building the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise ordered by motion, resolution or ordinance. Caucus session shall begin each meeting night at 6:30 p.m. When any regular meeting falls on a legal holiday, such meeting shall be held on the day following, but Council may adjourn any regular or special meeting to meet at any time within ten days thereafter.
