151.10 CDL DRUG AND ALCOHOL ABUSE TESTING POLICY AND PROCEDURE.

Council hereby adopts the Revised December 18, 2017 “Village of Lordstown CDL Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy and Procedure” (a copy of which is attached to Ordinance 78- 2017 as Exhibit “A”, the terms of which are incorporated by reference and made a part of this section).
