No person, firm, corporation or company shall be issued a permit until the fee required by and prescribed in the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Lordstown, Ohio, has been paid, nor shall any amendment to a permit be approved until the additional fee, if any, due to the amendment has been paid.
The fees for work in the right of way are as follows:
All excavations and permitted work: $25.00 Except sanitary sewer mains, water and sanitary sewer service connections Sanitary sewer main: $25.00, plus any fees set forth in Section 100.2 of Chapter 100 ("Sewer Regulations"); or as set forth in Board of Public Affairs Resolution Water service connections: $25.00, plus any fees set forth in accordance with Board of Public Affairs Resolution Nos. 1-87 and 1-88. Sanitary sewer connections: $25.00, plus any fees set forth in Section 100.3 of Chapter 100 ("Sewer Regulations"); or as set forth in Board of Public Affairs Resolution. Public utilities: $1.00 per linear foot; $2,000 minimum All re-inspection fees $50.00 per hour; $100 minimum |
