741.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter or any order, rule or regulation of the Board of Public Affairs, or their designate, made pursuant to this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, and each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
