Any permit issued under this chapter shall be issued subject to revocation or termination at any time upon written notice personally delivered to the permittee or mailed by registered mail to his address given at the time of application therefore. Violation of any order, rule or regulation, or curtailment of use of such premises or facilities by the Village, shall be deemed conclusive cause for termination or revocation of such permit.
