(a) One rear view mirror on each side.
(b) One amber emergency flashing light visible from all sides, capable of being seen for at least 500 feet, to be operated at the tow scene or while actually towing vehicle, and one work light situated so as to illuminate the winching or craining operations at night.
(c) Vehicle must meet all other requirements of State law and Municipal ordinances.
(d) Towing vehicles must carry the following additional equipment:
(1) One set dolly wheels.
(2) One eight foot pick up chain.
(3) Safety chains.
(4) One broom and shovel.
(5) One all purpose fire extinguisher, maintained in operable condition.
(6) A minimum of three thirty minute flares.
(7) Radio or cellular phone capable of communication with base.
(8) One snatch block.
(9) Hand tools (screwdriver, pliers, wire cutters).
(10) Adequate rope, line to secure loose parts and/or to secure steering wheel.
(11) Reflective triangles.
