(a) A license granted under the provisions of this chapter shall be valid for a period of one year from date of issue.
(b) A license must be renewed each year before the date of expiration upon the same terms and conditions required for the issuance of a license as contained in this chapter and a renewal fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall accompany the application.
