In the event that a license is revoked or suspended by the Mayor, the licensee shall have the right to appeal such decision to Council. Council by a majority vote may affirm, reverse or modify the order of the Mayor and their decision shall be final and binding. Any appeal should be within ten working days of the order of the Mayor and a decision rendered within ten days of a hearing.
