(a) No person shall permit any mechanical amusement device, as defined in Section 729.01 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village, to be played by any minor under the age of seventeen years unless such minor is accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult relative.
Any machine, apparatus, contrivance or device which is adapted to or may be readily converted into a gambling device which shall have been exhibited or made use of by any owner or exhibitor in violation of the terms of this section, may be seized and destroyed in compliance with the terms and provisions in the statutes of the State relating to gambling devices.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
