Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which no other penalties are provided, or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder, or fails to comply therewith or with any written notice, or order issued thereunder, or whoever interferes with, obstructs or hinders the Planning and Zoning Administrator and/or the Village Street Commissioner or his authorized representative while attempting to make exterior inspections and/or removing debris or mowing of grass and weeds, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor as defined by the Ohio Revised Code. Each day such violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
