1169.02 MAINTENANCE.

(a) Any fences, walls or landscaping installed in accordance with this chapter shall be maintained in good order to achieve the objectives of this chapter.

(b) Any property zoned Industrial or Commercial and having one or more buildings thereon shall keep the property mowed in its entirety as indicated in Chapter 945 of the Codified Ordinances.
