1164.05 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   (a)   Hours of business and/or operation shall be between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
   (b)   Any deviation from the stated hours must be authorized by the Council of the Village of Lordstown, upon receipt and approval of a written special request from the operator.
