1163.04 SURFACE OF PARKING AREAS OR SPACES.

All parking areas, passageways and driveways, except when provided in connection with single-family residences, shall be surfaced with a dustless, durable all-weather pavement, clearly marked for car spaces and shall be adequately drained.
