Unless otherwise indicated on the plans with advanced approval of the Village Road Commissioner, the Village Board of Public Affairs, the County Sanitary Engineer or the Village Engineer, materials shall meet the requirements of and shall be in accordance with the current volume of the "Construction and Material Specifications" from the State of Ohio Department of Transportation and/or the standards of the Village Road Commissioner, County Sanitary Engineer and Village Engineer and/or Board of Public Affairs. Water line and sanitary sewer improvements shall conform to the design criteria of the "Ten State Standards.
