The entire area within the right of way shall be seeded or sodded to protect against erosion. All areas outside the limits of the right of way and adjoining land of the project where vegetation has been disturbed or in need of protection (due to the fact that erosion of these unprotected areas will result in having dirt deposited in the drainage structures and other improvements within the project and/or create an unsightly condition) shall be restored and protected as directed by the Road Commissioner, with the recommendation of the Trumbull County Soil and Water Conservation District.
