The subdivider or developer of any road, street or alley shall submit design data and construction drawings to the Village Road Commissioner for approval as specified in Chapter 1108 of these Subdivision Regulations. The establishment and construction of all proposed streets and thoroughfares, whether public or private, and all materials, improvements and construction procedures shall be in accordance with the standards specified in these Regulations and/or the current “Construction and Materials Specifications” of the State of Ohio Department of Transportation unless otherwise approved in advance by the Village Road Commissioner.
