The Village of Lordstown Road Commissioner is responsible for overseeing the design, review, inspection and enforcement of all streets and other improvements as set forth in the following specifications and regulations.
The Planning Commission shall regulate the manner in which the road system is arranged on the land to permit the safe, efficient, and ovverly movement of traffic; to meet and to anticipate the needs of the present and future population; to have a simple and logical pattern; to respect natural features and topography; and to present an attractive streetscape.
