949.17 TENNIS AND BASKETBALL COURTS.

Tennis courts and basketball courts will officially open from the first Monday of April and remain open as long as weather permits (as determined by the Street Commissioner). Lighting for said courts will be provided beginning the first Monday of June and continue until the third Friday in September.
