Effective January 1, 2010, the use and rental of Village Public Buildings, i.e., Administration Building, Park Pavilions and Gazebo, and the rules and regulations for such uses of such public buildings by the general public shall be under the jurisdiction of the Superintendent of the Streets, Sidewalks, Public Parks, Buildings, Grounds, and General Improvement (the "Street Commissioner") and pursuant to the attached Exhibit "A" entitled "Rules and Regulations" which is incorporated by reference as though fully rewritten herein.
