Upon complaint and determination by the Zoning Inspector that weeds on any lands are, or are approaching such growth, as prohibited in this chapter, notice thereof shall be sent to the owner of the subject property, provided that the weeds must be cut within ten days from the receipt of said notice. Such notice shall be sent in accordance with Ohio R.C. 731.51 and 731.52, to the owner, lessee, agent or tenant having charge of such lands.
