731.99 PENALTY.

Any person who offers for use or has on his premises one or more electroncially or mechanically operated video viewing units displaying pornographic or obscene material for use for which a license has not been obtained and/or any violation of regulations set herein, shall be subject to all other permits or licenses being revoked.
