(a) License shall be granted to an exhibitor only in a B-2 Zoning District.
(b) No license shall be granted to an exhibitor that will conduct its business at a location that is within 1,000 feet from the boundaries and/or a parcel of real estate having situated on it a school, public library, public playground, church, or public governmental building.
(c) No one twenty-one years or younger shall be employed or be permitted to work in such adult book store, adult movie theater or other commercial establishment as defined in this chapter.
(d) No one twenty-one years or younger shall enter or be permitted to enter such adult book store, adult movie theater or other commercial establishment as defined in this chapter.
