Equipment shall consist of at least:
(a) A tow truck with a manufacturer rated chassis one ton or more or equivalent gross vehicle weight, equipped with a winch and boom, manufacturer rated at four ton capacity, with cable having a minimum diameter of 3/8 inch.
(b) All vehicles shall be equipped with the name and phone number of the towing company on each side of the vehicle with a minimum of three inch letters. Each vehicle shall have a six inch identification number on each fender and on the left rear of cab.
(c) All vehicles must be equipped with two-way communication, capable of communications from the Village to the premises.
(d) Vehicles are required to carry the equipment listed under equipment requirements. Vehicles may be required to carry additional equipment as prescribed by the Chief of Police.
(e) All vehicles shall meet all other requirements of State law or ordinances of the Village.
