Whoever violates any section of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense. A second offense within one year of the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. For each subsequent offense beyond two (2) offenses within one year, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
