An RUSV shall be operated only upon certain streets and highways in the City of Lorain having an established speed limit of not greater than thirty-five (35) MPH and, as determined from time to time upon the recommendation of the Lorain Police Chief, or his designee, the Director of Public Safety, and Lorain City Council only upon certain streets and highways in the City of Lorain. Those certain streets and highways in the City of Lorain upon which a RUSV may be operated shall be known as the "RUSV-Approved Routes." The RUSV-Approved Routes are set forth in Exhibit A, below and made a part hereof by reference.
EXHIBIT-A
The RUSV-Approved Routes in the City of Lorain are as follows:
• Shipyard Way to Driftwood Drive;
• Driftwood Drive to Colorado Avenue;
• Colorado Avenue (from Kansas Avenue to Lakeside Avenue, include the marina/Erie Steakhouse);
• Lakeside A venue to Arkansas Avenue;
• Arkansas A venue to East Erie Avenue;
• East Erie Avenue (Colorado Avenue to Broadway, including the Bascule Bridge)
• Into/throughout the entire DORA boundary, as approved by the Lorain City Council.
