All fees and civil penalties imposed by this chapter shall be deposited in a revenue account 1010.S500.4500.0063 Commercial Vacant Property Fee, to be used to cover all costs associated with the administration of the Vacant Commercial Property Registration program including, but not limited to, personnel, fringe benefits, equipment, supplies, and contractual services.
