The Director of Public Safety and Service shall from time to time review, update and establish permit, plan review and inspection fees for engineering, planning commission, zoning, building, electrical and mechanical fees along with fees for services provided by the Department of Utilities and Public Properties and others and present those fee recommendations to Lorain City Council for approval. Upon approval by Lorain City Council, said fees shall be published and established. (Ord. 167-20. Passed 12-21-20.)
