(a) "Portable Storage Units" (PSU) means a transportable unit designed and used primarily for temporary storage of building materials, household goods, and other such materials. This definition does not include dumpsters designed for the storage and removal of refuse. This definition does also not apply to temporary storage containers larger in size used as seasonal storage at large retail establishments on commercial properties. Portable Storage Units (PSU) shall be permissible in all commercial and industrial districts.
(b) "Driveway" is defined a blacktop or concrete surface. In industrial districts, a portable storage unit may be placed on top of gravel surface.
