Within the City, there are existing planned unit developments identified on the zoning map. These developments shall be exempt from the requirements of this chapter and shall conform to the prior approved development plans for each respective project. However, any expansion, alteration or modification of the existing approved developments that constitutes a major change, as defined in Section 1131.07, shall be subject to the procedural requirements of Section 1131.07(c).
