1550.02 DURATION.

(a) A TLC dumpster shall only remain in a residential district for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days including the days of delivery and removal.

(b) A TLC dumpster used in conjunction with new construction sites may be permitted for the duration of the construction but not longer than seven (7) days after construction is complete. (Ord. 107-19. Passed 9-3-19.)
