1546.99 PENALTY.

A violation of this chapter shall be a minor misdemeanor and each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. If within one year, the offender previously has been convicted of or plead guilty to one or more provisions of this chapter, a violation shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
