No bid shall be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm or corporation that is listed on the City’s Debarred Vendors and Contractors list, State of Ohio Findings for Recovery list or the Federal System for Award Management (SAM) for the duration of the term set forth as established by the City’s Debarred Vendors and Contractors policy, State of Ohio Findings for Recovery or Federal System for Award Management (SAM).
