1523.07 DUTIES OF DIRECTOR OF LAW.

   The Director of Law or his office shall:

   (a)   Prosecute all persons failing to comply with the terms of the notices provided for in Section 1523.05(d) and (e) and the order provided for in Section 1523.06(d).

   (b)   Appear at all hearings before the Demolition Board of Appeal in regard to dangerous buildings.

   (c)   Bring suit to collect all municipal liens, assessments or costs incurred in repairing or causing to be vacated or demolished dangerous buildings.

   (d)   Take such other legal action as is necessary to carry out the terms and provisions of this chapter.
