186.11 VIOLATION OF REQUIRED EQUIPMENT.

All watercraft shall carry the equipment required by any applicable United States laws and State laws as now or hereafter amended, and a violation of the same shall be deemed a violation of this chapter. (Ord. 98-81. Passed 6-15-81.)
