185.11 OBEDIENCE TO FEDERAL AND STATE MARINE RULES OF THE ROAD.

The operator, owner or person in charge of a watercraft in the waters of Lorain shall obey the rules of the road as promulgated by the United States Coast Guard in the Department of Treasury and all laws approved by the State General Assembly for the Division of Watercraft, Department of Natural Resources.
