1527.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation which fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or with any of the requirements hereof or any regulations hereunder shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and/or a jail term not to exceed six months.
